The bagels are delicious. And the service is friendly but slow. They need to hire a barista. The cashier can't do both jobs.

You guys should consider offering alternative cheese options on delivery apps! This is our favorite bagel place but my wife won’t let me order it because there’s no option to replace American with cheddar on an egg bagel for online deliveries!

B&B Bagels was such an awesome surprise during our stay in NYC. We walked over from the Ronald McDonald House one morning feeling a little overwhelmed by the city at first, but this place instantly made us feel at home. Everyone was genuinely kind, caring, courteous, and so generous — like we’d been stopping in every morning for years.
And the food… wow. I know “it’s just a bagel,” but seriously, these were incredible. The bagels were toasted perfectly with just the right amount of chew, the cream cheese selection was amazing, and the lox were absolutely delightful. Even the black coffee was perfect.
Most importantly, my daughter absolutely loved the rainbow bagel and it completely made her morning.
Thank you guys for the warm welcome, the great food, and for turning a simple breakfast into such a comforting and memorable part of our trip. We’ll definitely be back.

My go-to bagel place leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service so I decided to give this place a try. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere is nice. There is some indoor and outdoor seating. I ordered a toasted salt bagel with jalapeno cream cheese. This bagel is a little too salty for my taste, but I can't be mad since I ordered a salt bagel lol. Other than that, this was delicious and will definitely be my new go-to when I'm in the area.

We stopped in this rather new bagel shop recently to check it out. Got a bagel with CC and a coffee. Both were made correctly and delicious. Service was by very friendly people. They also have a nice clean bathroom. Will definitely visit this place again.
